Thanksgiving 2011

This year we spent the week of Thanksgiving in Carlsbad CA with my mom and three brothers. The weather was amazing, sunny and in the 70's! The kids spent most of the days at the beach running from the waves, splashing each other and building sand castles. We got to spend Thursday making all our traditional Thanksgiving dishes and playing board games. I truly feel blessed and so thankful for my family and the time we got to spend together by the beach!!!

Chloe's 3rd Birthday...

Chloe's 3rd birthday was on August 26th! She celebrated with all her little friends in our backyard. We rented a big water slide which was perfect in the hot AZ sun!

Chloe's Preschool...

Chloe started preschool August 16th and is loving it!! Two days a week for 2.5 hours, Chloe gets to learn, socialize and have lots of fun!

The kids celebrated Grandparents Day and sang them this cute song!

Mrs. Amy (her amazing teacher)!! Chloe got to celebrate her birthday with all her classmates!!

Caden's 1st Birthday!!

Caden turned ONE August 6th!!! Can't believe how fast time flies... We spent his special day with my family at the Westin in Scottsdale and had a blast swimming in the hot AZ sun!!

He truly is such an amazing baby boy, love him so much...always!!!

9 Months!!!

Caden is 9 months old and huge!!! He weighs 23 pounds, 6 ounces and is 29 inches long. He is in the 75th-90th percentile for both!

What is Caden up to at 9 months??

Crawling

Pulling up

Starting to walk on furniture

Clapping

Teeth- 2 bottom and the top 2 are breaking through now

Loves bath time with Chloe

Not a big talker but he says dada all the time and other babbling...

A Screamer

Sucks his thumb

Gives Kisses

A big cuddlier

Loves peek-a-boo

Eats- He pretty much will eat anything we give him, he loves food

Still loves nursing, but we also do a couple bottles a day

2 naps and 12 hours at night 6:30pm til 7am

He LOVES Chloe, watches her every move, tries to steel her toys, gives her lots of kisses and sometimes bites. He follows her around the house and cries when she leaves the room. They are so close already!

I love him so much!!!

Easter 2011...

8 Months...

Wow 8 months old, where did the time go? Caden has changed a lot in the last two months. His two bottom teeth popped up, he is now eating finger foods and just starting crawling! My chunk loves to eat! He is still nursing and eating baby food but recently we have started giving him real food. He has tried mac-n-cheese, sloppy joe's, chicken fingers, french fries and toast and loves it all! Now that he is crawling , he's trouble! Already into everything and wanting what Chloe is playing with. We already lowered his crib to the lowest setting cause he is trying to pull up. He is all boy but still my cuddlier! To be honest Caden is such a momma's boy, loves to he held constantly and suck his thumb! We all love him so much!

Fun in the Sun...

Lately we have been hanging in the backyard a lot enjoying the AZ sun. The weather has been amazing and both kids love being outdoors. I love taking pics of the kids and playing with my fun photo apps on my iphone, pretending I am a photographer!
